  1. How long does it take for you to complete my order?
If you have a critical deadline at stake, let us know. We'll schedule a guaranteed delivery time and get it done on a first come basis.

Typical Synergy Delivery Times from Proof Approval are as follows:

    NormalDelivery/Offset Printing - 5-10 Days
    NormalDelivery/Digital Printing - 3-7 Days

    Priority/Offset - 3-5 Days
    Priority/Digital - 2-3 Days

    Critical/Offset - 1-2 Days
    Critical/Digita1 - 1-2 Days

    Flex Value/Offset - 10+ Days
    Flex Value/Digital - 7+ Days

Prices for various delivery times will affect order rates. For best pricing we recommend our Flex Value. Flex Value pricing can be achieved through larger volume contracts, annual pricing commitments, print management programs, extended lead times and/or provided to fill excess capacities.

  2. What is a "proof"?
A proof is a way of ensuring that we have set your type accurately and that everything is positioned according to your requirements. Typically, we will produce a proof, which will be sent to you online or printed on paper which can be viewed in our store or delivered to you in person.

On multiple color jobs, we can produce a color proof on our color output device to show how the different colors will appear.

  3. Why do I need to look at a proof if I've already given you everything I need to have done?
We want your project to be perfect. Your approval on the final proof is assurance that we have looked over every aspect of our work and approve it as accurate. It benefits everyone and our environment if errors are caught in the proofing process rather than after the job is completed and delivered.

  4. How do I go about getting an estimate from you?
There are several options. You may use our online estimate request form. Otherwise, the best way to ensure that you get all the information necessary for an accurate proposal is to call and talk with one of our customer service representatives.
